Celtic Catering – Wedding & Events Caterer Carmarthenshire is owned and run by Paschal and Brenda Haughey, who together have over 20 years of experience in the catering business.

Paschal and Brenda believe strongly in offering an end-to-end service, covering all aspects of event management from hiring table linen to portable toilet blocks. At the very heart of their service is the food – sourced from local suppliers and cooked onsite and on the day of the event. Based within the heart of Carmarthen and surrounded by some of the best produce in the world, their passion for good food can be seen within some of their perfectly balanced menu packages.

All of our menus – whether tailored or from one of our packages – use local produce whereever possible. All food is prepared and cooked freshly onsite by our talented chefs and served to your guests by our team of professional waiting staff.
